My wife and I recently moved from Fresno Ca to Yuma. Our 2022 Toyota RAV4 has always been serviced by Clovis Our vehicle is already past the warranty, but wanted to continue the service with Toyota and had serviced at Alexander Toyota. Excellent communications service was stellar all parts were fixed on my vehicle even given a discount for things overlooked on previous visit. i had some issues but they were resolved before i even had to bring them up, alexander toyota team really went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.
Fantastic service from check in to check out. The text updates with actual tech eye views during the service was fantastic and appreciated as it allows me to see exactly what the tech was recommending. I had basic filters and wipers replaced because I could actually see the items. I also scheduled for next week a more extensive repair for a caution item. The lobby and snack area made waiting comfortable and time to go quickly

It was so easy to schedule the service appointment over the phone. They offer a ride from the dealer to my home and even to pick me up once the service was done. The driver was very polite and kept me updated on the estimated time he would arrive.

This was a factory recall visit. All went well treated with what kindness and respect. Somehow a computer wasn’t updated is my icon that shows the status of the vehicle still shows the recall. I’ll try it again on Monday and if not updated, we’ll call the dealer. Respectfully Patrick.

It was fast and easy to get a battery replacement. Replaced dead battery with an 84 mo. Dead battery was also 84 mo, but lasted only 46 mo, pro-rated price was very reasonable with free installatiin!
Got in pretty early and was out pretty quick. I love the inspection they provide before they start on the vehicle

Unfortunately, my experience changed when Service Manager Rick Moody became involved. He was disrespectful, unprofessional, and raised his voice during our conversation. I even had to ask him to leave the office. His comment that an intermittent vehicle problem was acceptable as long as it didn't happen all the time was both surprising and disappointing.

I have used the service department at Alexander Toyota twice within the past year. Both times I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the kind way each of them treated me ... an eighty-four years old lady with health challenges. I especially enjoyed chatting with the shuttle driver as he drove me to and fron KFC for my lunch.

Difficult to schedule service as you now have to deal with AI, which is disappointing as I appreciate having the ability to speak with someone while deciding what I need. Adrian was fine as an advisor. Special shout out to Jason F (I believe, I can’t remember his name-but he drives a Tacoma and helped me with my raptor lights by making the techs use a fender cover). First of all, my name is Lori Worley NOT Lori Daniel, which is what was on the text message I received. The only complaint I have is the service took tooo long. I had an appointment for 7:00 am for a tire rotation and I was waiting for my vehicle. I arrived and checked in at 6:55 with Mike Estrada, who is ALWAYS great, thats why I only deal with him.
