Very hectic sale’s day, I appreciated that the staff members were polite, informative, patient, and kind. I gathered information, tried vehicles, and got a very fair deal with my purchase.

Josh was our salespersons and Champ was the financial person. Both are very informative and straight forward. We reserved our vehicle and my husband and brother went to picked it up. It was a quick and easy process. Some dealers I’ve came across locally were pushy and stuck up. Josh and Champ gave us a good impression of We sounded professional and nice. I have purchased 3 other Toyota vehicles over the years (a Corolla and 2 Tacomas) and am very satisfied with the brand and quality. We could not find the exact model and color for our new Rav4 Limited anywhere in all California. We tried to order from the factory via a local dealer but were told the factory would not do any change orders for the rest of the year. After a month of waiting of the factory to reply to a couple of emails, we had the local dealer look outside California and found the exact color and interior at Alexander Toyota in Yuma. I flew SFO-YUM after working with Anthony Garcia, to take delivery. The experience was something very different from all my previous purchases, but the dealership and especially Anthony, here was excellent in every way. I completed the cash purchase and drove the 700 miles home completely satisfied.
